YES THIS SONG IS AMAZING although I don’t really think anything can beat Rocket-Dan yo Eien Ni for me, that song holds an extremely special place in my heart… ;_;

i think the localization team sort of missed the mark when making team rocket character songs
sure they’re bad guys but you can’t call them downright evil
they’re massive dorks that can’t do anything right except be dorks
I think that’s what I find most hilarious about it actually, is that in the dub they go on about being REALLY BAD AND EVIL all the time but it’s very obvious they’re actually really shit at everything… hahahaha. But I do actually wish they translated them a bit better, especially Rocket-Dan yo Eien Ni because I actually find the direct translation quite touching but the way they translated it just made it kind of superficial.
